Mano Feliciano PT, DPT

Jose Manulete Feliciano III, known to his friends as Mano, has practiced physical therapy for 19 years. He graduated with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1997 and received his doctorate from Benedictine College of New York in 2014. Mano started in outpatient orthopedics, sports, and neurology, then moved to geriatric therapy, but he has always kept in touch with outpatient orthopedics throughout his career. He regularly attends continuing education seminars to hone his skills and to stay on track with current techniques and procedures in therapy such as McKenzie Technique, NDT, and strength and conditioning.
Mano is a proud and happy father of two lovely daughters and has been married to Dinah, also a physical therapist, for 18 years.
He loves the outdoors and prefers to be in the water on his outrigger canoe. His longest race was the Catalina challenge from Catalina Island to Newport Harbor.

Prajakta Zambare PT, DPT, CSCS

Prajakta Zambare is a licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate in physical therapy from Arcadia University (2020). She is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) & Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist (AIB). She brings an extensive experience in treating orthopedic, neurological, sports & post-surgical conditions. She provides skilled manual therapy, evidence based exercise, and individualized plan of care to help her patients achieve their best outcomes, focusing on improving function and independence. Prior to her doctorate, she earned Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy (2011) and Master’s in Rehabilitation (2013) from Gujarat University (India). Soon after she worked as an assistant professor and physical therapist at Dr. D.Y. Patil University, Pune. In her free time, she enjoys painting, hiking, and exploring breathtaking landscapes of national parks with her family and friends.

Marcus is currently studying physical therapy at California State University San Marcos, where he has gained practical experience through several clinics. These opportunities have helped him build his skills and fueled his enthusiasm for helping people reach their physical goals. As PT aide at Ability Rehab he assist our patients in their recovery and overall wellness during their PT sessions.

As the Front Office Manager, Peggy is committed to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient. She specializes in managing daily operations and ensuring that our front office runs efficiently. She oversees patient interactions, manages appointment schedules, coordinates administrative tasks such as insurance verification and billing & communicates between patients & healthcare providers. By optimizing our processes, she aims to reduce wait times and enhance patient satisfaction.
